Founders Square Ground Breaking

Along with a large crowd of interested residents, Governor Lamont, Representative Garibay, Representative Khan, Senator McCrory, Mayor Black-Burke and former Mayer Trinks were on hand to celebrate the groundbreaking of GRAVA Properties project at Founders Square. We're very glad that after several years of assiduous planning, Greg Vaca and his partners have brought their project under way. Congratulations!

Broad Street Road Diet Public Meeting

There will be a public meeting at Town Hall, 275 Broad Street on Tuesday, December 19 at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers regarding the upcoming Broad Street project known as the 'road diet'. The public is welcome to come and hear the details of the project.

Main Street Accelerator Program

Windsor has been chosen as one of 6 participants in the new CT Main Street Accelerator program!

The program is an action-oriented leadership development program focused on helping communities better their downtown by implementing a specific project, such as launching a new initiative or addressing a challenge.

Annisa Teich, Founder of WindsorWorx and First Town Downtown director, Ken Fredette will reimagine the ground floor VFW ballroom into a beer hall-type facility.
